Flawed, Fierce & Fifty-One
Wow the first 51 years went by really fast I think the last year was in turbo fast mode. So what have I learned hmm well...

I am totally in love with this precious gift called life, the hardships, disappoints and heartaches of life will either make you weak and bitter or strong and fierce. I chose strong and and fierce because whining, complaining and being little miz sad face would not help my cause. I have learned to embrace the pain of defeat because within the lesson is pure victory. Failure has always been my friend, because it means I am learning and growing.

The modern world begs me to choose fast, easy quick. I however am stuck in old school single focus, slow and methodical. The modern world taunts me to be a cookie cutter person, like someone else. I however like the uniqueness of the way I was created from the hue of my skin to the texture of my hair, the shape of my eyes and the flow of my body. I am no better than nor any less than anyone in this family of mankind simply exquisite, rare and precious just like everyone else.

I have learned to value and esteem myself as well as others. I have learned to be be thankful for all things. Thankful to celebrate the good times and thankful to survive the hardtimes. I have learned to turn pain into power.
The pain of being overweight, prediabetic and unhealthy at 41 was exactly the fuel I would need to be healthy strong and in fighting shape at 51.

The pain from my inability to walk a quarter of a mile at age 43 without being on the verge of collapse was the fuel I would need to finish my first marathon at 50.

The pain from trying to find clothes that would hide my rolls of fat at age 44, was exactly what I needed so that at 49 I would sashay across the stage at my first figure competiton.

The trauma of a botched emergency gallbladder operation at age 27, that left me shattered and broken was the foundation I needed to develop a fighting spirit.

The heartache from the death of my Father, who spoke blessings over my life daily and pain from the death of my mother who gave me wings to fly led me to never take for granted loving and being love never. I appreciate the blessings and I praise the giver of the blessing.

After 51 year I will testify that life is not fair but it is sweet. I was designed strong enough, to withstand, loving enough to embrace and determined enough to never give up on my goals.

I am a woman on a mission. I will fail, and fail often but I will not back down.
The next 30 year are going to be awesome while some are sitting back waiting for their ticket on life to expire. I will be out there embracing the new...because I am just getting started.

Crank me up and watch be go, I am one blessed woman, wonderfully flawed and determined to unleash all my potential.

Get ready world something great is about to happen!

Unique and rare, a prized jewel, that is the true beauty of individuality. It is normal and common to fret, frown and even show disdain for that body that houses the wonderment of you. Those normal and common attitudes are a hellish torment, because they keep you bound by a lie and blind to the truth. The truth my friend is you have an original design, stop wishing you were someone else, celebrate the beauty of you and shine. The universe is sending a message to you, look around at nature and relate to what you see. There is no “one” type flower, fish or tree, in nature you will find great diversity. Just open your eyes and see, from the rose to the tulip, the palm tree or oak, the pigeon and eagle, the emerald and the pearl uniqueness abound.

Now is the time to let go, stop rejecting yourself for what you will never be (work with me people, Hollywood is fantasy, enjoy the myth but don’t you dare exchange it for reality)

The reality is this; you’re beautiful, valuable, precious and dear, based on The Standard that placed you here. Some of you have been rejected and neglected and treated really cruel but that doesn’t change your value or diminish your worth.

You are so not your body, or any of the things you temporarily possess. Please understand, you are not the number on the scale or the size of clothing that you wear. It is okay to shed excess pounds but please don’t show disdain for your priceless body on your journey to there. I am often ask what is the perfect size to be and after a little prayer and though, this is the answer that comes to me……….
The one true perfect size is, is size you. Whatever size you are ladies and gentlemen love the skin you are in and please celebrate the beauty of you, life on this planet is a limited time type deal, live well, love much and share the kindness.

My main priority even when I travel is my training. Lack of enough quality nutrition and not enough sleep plagued my latest trip. Thankfully my training was able to progress, as this training cycle quickly melts away. This narrow life of discipleship that I have agreed upon has beautiful long term results, but the daily sacrifice is huge.

The toughest part of my training cycle is about to begin, my job is simply, place only high performance fuel in my tank, train with passion and intensity, get enough sleep and pray that I have awesome results. It is all so very easy to say and it looks good on paper but doing it is the challenge that I have to overcome over and over again. Life for me is all about slaying the demons that would deny me my destiny. Life is about rejoicing in the victory and rising above adversity.

It is about learning to fail without becoming an failure but most importantly it is about learning to love, respect and honor your fellow humans.My desire is to send out a message of hope to anyone who feels like giving up. Come on stand strong, stay the course, regroup and do what needs to be done……you are strong enough.For all those people who don’t believe they are beautiful enough, talented enough or smart enough …don’t feast on the lies, unleash your greatness refuse to linger in the shadows…..you are an awesome original.To the person who is experiencing horrific sorrow, emotional pain, and soul crushing grief, don’t build a wall around yourself, reach out get the support and help you need.Laugh often people, love this crazy thing called life and share the love everyone

Greetings, to all of you precious people.
My hope, wish and prayer is that each and every one of you might have a wonderful and productive day. So get that powerful brain of yours in the right zone. Defuse any negative chatter that is floating around in your gray matter. Don’t be bound by yesterday’s mistakes or handcuffed by your fears and failures. It is a time of new beginnings, each day is a new opportunity to try over again.

Come on people work with me here.
I know each and every one of you has vast potential, ( I also know that most people are afraid to unleash the awesomeness of who they are due to many crazy factors ranging from fear to peer pressure to doubt and unbelief) Life, can beat you down, if you let it. I however was blessed with the gift of fighting back. I refused to be denied my destiny just because it is hard to achieve.

Fight back people, don’t let your dreams be stolen. Breathe life into those dreams and make them come to life. Your dreams are your babies, don’t let them die!
Now it the time to lose the unnecessary weight, and I am not just talking about body weight…if you are carrying around guilt….deal with it and ditch it….. fear and anger…..confront and then eliminate it ….shame and low self-esteem…..learn to embrace the beauty of who you are and move forward.

Hate and resentment….dang you really have to unload that crap, I tell you it will poison your soul and make you bitter and old……forgive, forgive, let it go and be free….( yeah, I know they treated ya bad, stabbed you in the back, misused and abused you…..that is why you really should work through the pain and let it go, you deserve so much more than to have to replay their cruelty in your life over and over again that is a self imposed life sentence…).trust me on this one let it go so you can fully embrace the love, peace and joy that wants to engulf your entire being.

Remember you are precious and of great value……now treat yourself with dignity and respect and share the love with your fellow human. I am wishing you the very best….
